The Pension Protection Act (PPA) restatements are finally behind us for another six years and we, at TAG, are breathing a sigh of relief like I am sure a lot of 401(k) providers are.

Now that everyone has had a chance to review and update their plan features and requirements, it is a great time to get with all eligible employees for enrollment/re-enrollment meetings. Going through a re-enrollment process not only has great benefits for participants, but also provides protection for Plan Sponsors. Most importantly, it is the right thing to do.
